All parties who access, use, and/or browse Yomii website (the “Site”) or/ and Yomii application
(the “Application”), collectively referred to as “Site”, whether as a registered user or an
unregistered user in this Site (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you”) must read Privacy
Statement (Privacy Policy) stated in this Site.
You agree that we and our authorized service providers, third parties collect, use and disclose
and/or retain your Personal Data in the manner set forth in this Privacy Statement.
From time to time, we may update or amend this Privacy Statement to ensure that it is
consistent with market development and the regulatory changes. Should any revision(s) be
made to this Privacy Statement, updates will be published on our Site and in the Application.
Any use of the Site and Application after such amendment shall be deemed acceptance of the
amended Privacy Statement in its entirety.
This Privacy Statement forms a part of the Terms and Conditions governing your relationship
with us and should be read in conjunction with such Terms and Conditions.

We collect information about how to contact you, your interest and relationship with us, including
the products which are relevant to you. “Personal Data” is data that can be used to identify a
natural person. This Statement applies to any individual’s Personal Data which is in our
possession or under our control.

when you access or use the Application or Site or perform an online transaction;
communicate with us or any of its officers, employees or agents whether through written,

to selectively send you information about our products, activities and/or events that may
be relevant to you;

accordance with applicable laws and regulations and our internal policies and
procedures which include but not limited to those relating to ‘know your client’ and
‘anti-money laundering/ countering financing of terrorism’;
to enable us to comply with applicable all applicable rules, laws and regulations, or to
assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities;
to comply with financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management reporting, risk
management, audit and record keeping purposes;
to assess and improve the products and services that you use or may use;
to conduct audits, reviews and analysis of our internal processes, for action planning and
managing commercial risks;

to enable any takeover and acquisition, where we or any of our assets are involved in
any takeover and acquisition.
to manage our infrastructure and business operations and complying with internal

to protect and enforce our contractual and legal rights and obligations; and

C. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The user agrees to the transfer of information to Yomii’s contractors and other third parties
based on legal reasons. E.g. to verify users, Yomii engages a contractor specializing in
conducting KYC and AML checks. When we disclose your Personal Data to such parties, we
will take appropriate steps to ascertain whether, and to require them to ensure that any Personal
Data disclosed to them are kept confidential and secure.
If we transfer your Personal Data to countries outside Indonesia, it will be done in accordance
with relevant provisions under applicable laws and regulations.
We do not sell Personal Data to any third party.
D. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
From time to time, we may use your Personal Data to selectively contact you and/or send you
information about our products and/or events that may be relevant to you. You can let us know
at any time if you no longer wish to receive marketing materials by informing us through the
unsubscribe link contained in email communications or contact us. Nothing in this section shall
vary or supersede the terms and conditions that govern our relationship with you.
E. COOKIES
Cookies are small files that will automatically take place on the user computer device, to identify
and monitor the user network connection, allowing users to access the Yomii Site optimally.
Cookies are not intended to access other information / data the user has on their computer
devices, aside from what the user has agreed to be accessed.
Although the user’s computer device automatically will accept cookies, users can specify
options for modification via the settings / users browser setting, that is by choosing to reject
cookies (this option can limit the optimal services at the time of access to the Site).
Yomii may use Google Analytics and other tools. Yomii is able and entitled to use the features
supplied by third parties in order to improve services and content Yomii, including adjustments
are ads to each user based on their interests or visit history.
F. THIRD-PARTY SITES
Our Site and the Application may contain links to other websites operated by third parties. We
are not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites operated by third parties even
though it is linked to our Site. Please learn about the privacy policies of such third-party
website(s) by checking the statement of each site and contacting its owner or operator if you
have any concerns or questions.
G. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your Personal Data is retained as long as the purpose for which it was collected remains and
until it is no longer necessary for any other legal or business purposes.
